Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026 | Website: https://wqanalytics.co.in

In brief

Niraj Poduval individually operates WiseQ / WQ Analytics. If you register interest on wqanalytics.co.in, we collect the name, contact details and company information you submit, store them in monday.com CRM, and use them to respond through authorised team members. We keep inactive prospect records for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. We do not sell your information or give it to third parties for independent marketing, but Cloudflare, monday.com and Zoho Mail may process data to deliver our services. For privacy requests, email privacy@wqanalytics.co.in.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

WiseQ, operating under the WQ Analytics name at https://wqanalytics.co.in, is operated by Niraj Poduval in his individual capacity. Niraj Poduval is the data controller responsible for deciding how personal data submitted through the landing page is used. In this notice, “WiseQ”, “WQ Analytics”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Niraj Poduval acting in that capacity and, where relevant, members of his authorised team.

Contact the data controller at privacy@wqanalytics.co.in for any questions, privacy rights requests, objections or complaints about the processing described in this notice.

2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the public WQ Analytics / WiseQ landing page at https://wqanalytics.co.in, registrations, expressions of interest, business enquiries and related follow-up communications. It does not cover any future analytics platform, customer-uploaded datasets, paid product accounts or subscription services. Separate notices will be provided before those activities begin.

3. What personal information do we collect?

  • Registration information you choose to provide: your name, contact details (such as email address or telephone number) and company details requested through the registration or enquiry form.
  • Communications and CRM records: the date of your enquiry, relevant messages or notes from our communications, the status of your enquiry, and contact preferences or requests to stop further outreach.
  • Limited technical and security information: Cloudflare, as website hosting and security provider, may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the information you submit in the registration form.

You are not under a legal or contractual obligation to register. However, if you choose to enquire, we need the contact details marked mandatory on the form to respond. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or confidential customer datasets through the landing-page form.

4. Why do we use the information, and on what legal basis?

5. How we contact you

An authorised member of the WiseQ / WQ Analytics team may contact you using the email address or telephone number you provide to acknowledge your registration, respond to questions and discuss our offering or a potential business relationship. Registering does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing list. We will obtain consent where applicable electronic marketing or calling laws require it.

You may stop follow-up communications at any time by replying to an email or contacting privacy@wqanalytics.co.in. Where the GDPR applies, you have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing. We may retain a minimal suppression record only to ensure that your objection is respected.

6. Who may access your information?

Access is limited to Niraj Poduval and authorised WiseQ / WQ Analytics team members who need registrant information to answer enquiries, manage prospective relationships or administer the CRM. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not give registrant details to other companies for their own advertising, lead generation or independent marketing.

We use service providers to operate the site and handle enquiries: monday.com as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Cloudflare for site hosting, DNS and security, and Zoho Mail for company email communications. These services may process information on our behalf to the extent needed to deliver their services; this is not a transfer of your details to them for independent marketing. Our providers may use contracted sub-processors. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

7. Where information may be processed

We operate online and use providers with global infrastructure and support teams. Personal information held in monday.com, processed through Cloudflare, or used for email communications through Zoho Mail may be processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), depending on our service configuration and those providers’ operations. Where the GDPR applies to a restricted international transfer, we rely on a lawful mechanism such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual protections (including standard contractual clauses when required). You may request information about relevant safeguards at privacy@wqanalytics.co.in.

8. How long we retain your details

For registration and prospect-enquiry records that do not become part of an active customer engagement, we retain personal details in our CRM for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, after which we delete or anonymise them. Where an enquiry develops into an active relationship, we keep the relevant information only for as long as necessary for that relationship and any applicable legal obligations; separate terms or notices may apply. We may retain a minimal record of an opt-out to prevent unwanted contact, and records necessary for a specific legal obligation or legal claim may be kept for the legally justified period. Provider-managed technical logs and backups follow applicable service retention cycles.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected, including restricting CRM access to authorised team members and using available access and security controls of monday.com, Cloudflare and Zoho Mail. No system is entirely risk-free. Where required, we will assess and respond to personal data incidents in accordance with applicable law.

10. Your privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data; restrict certain processing; receive portable data where relevant; and object to processing relying on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time, without giving a reason. If we use consent for a separate activity, you can withdraw that consent without affecting processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Contact privacy@wqanalytics.co.in to exercise these rights. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity. We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month where required by the GDPR, subject to any legally permitted extension or exception. Requests are ordinarily free of charge.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we use your details, please contact privacy@wqanalytics.co.in. Where the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EEA country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. A list of European supervisory authorities is available at https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.

12. Cookies and technical data

We do not currently deploy advertising cookies, optional analytics cookies or behavioural profiling trackers on the landing page. Cloudflare or other essential site infrastructure may nevertheless use strictly necessary security or functionality cookies or similar technical measures when needed to operate and protect the website. Such technologies are not used by us for third-party behavioural advertising. If we later introduce non-essential cookies or trackers, we will update this notice and obtain consent or provide other controls where required before activating them.

13. Automated decisions and children

We do not use registration information for solely automated decisions, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Our landing page is intended for professional and business enquiries, not children. If we learn that inappropriate child data has been collected, we will review and erase it where required.

14. Changes to this policy

We may revise this notice as our website and data practices evolve. The current version will be posted on wqanalytics.co.in with its effective date. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required before making a material new use of previously collected personal information.
